Spacious room with excellent amenities.

During my stay, I faced several issues. The breakfast options were severely lacking, with no replenishments when items ran out. Additionally, the weak coffee was quite disappointing, especially when striving for a good start to the day. It felt frustrating to pay for breakfast and end up with a subpar experience.

Indoor pool was enjoyable, but the sink outside the bathroom was inconvenient.

During my stay, I loved how close I was to West Yellowstone Town Park and a variety of cozy restaurants, making it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls and tasty meals after a day of exploring. the clean and comfortable room provided a nice retreat each evening after a busy day nearby. The only downside was that the wifi was down for a couple of days, which was a bit inconvenient in an area with already spotty cell service.

The lobby was beautifully decorated with wildlife art and was so well-lit, making it inviting and easy to navigate. The accessibility around the hotel ensured a comfortable stay for a senior like me, which I truly appreciated.

our stay at best western was fantastic! the location couldn't be better, just a quick walk to shops and dining. yellowstone park's entrance is only 10 minutes away, which was super convenient. the breakfast was impressive, with great options including gluten-free items. plus, the staff was always ready to help out! we were surprised by the laundry amenities too.
